No two people- or journeys - are the same.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all, quick route to a healthy body. It takes time to turn less-than-ideal movement patterns into healthy habits, and we’ll use our time to help you build a new relationship with your body.

Your journey with me begins with a full body movement assessment, a thorough review of your health history, and a conversation about your abilities and goals.

As I teach you how to move more effectively and efficiently, you’ll learn to monitor your healthy - and not so healthy - movement patterns throughout the day, and make adjustments that will allow greater life enjoyment.

Not only will you begin to notice you’re moving more easily, but I’ll be with you each step to promote your continued progress, showing you ways to maximize your health and fitness. We’ll work together to help you develop strong, adaptable muscles and balanced, healthy joints to allow you to move better and live the active life you desire. Sessions are relaxing, revitalizing, fun, and healing!

Do you have joint and muscle pain that interferes with your daily routine and keeps you from doing the things you love to do? I’m committed to empowering you through movement to help you get back to doing the things you love to do…and doing them well.

Have you tried exercising on your own at a gym, only to wake up in pain the next day? Have you tried group classes that might be fun, but haven't made a meaningful impact on the way your body truly moves and feels?

Tired of being sidelined by your injuries? Feeling that you’ve done everything you can to stretch and strengthen your core, but you’re still getting injured? I can teach you how to move more efficiently, with greater confidence, and with less risk of injury.

I’m a true believer that if you don’t move well, you don’t feel well. Suffering from chronic back and hip pain after the birth of my second child, I feared that the swimming, running, and biking days that I once enjoyed were a past memory.

After traditional therapy failed to alleviate my pain and dysfunction, I decided to seek alternative treatment.

I found Pilates for Rehab. Intrigued by the holistic, evidence-based approach of Polestar Pilates, I completed their comprehensive Pilates for Rehab program.

The effect it had on my body was life changing! By identifying faulty movement patterns and replacing them with new, healthy patterns, I’m now able to live the active life that I felt I had lost.

With close to 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, I’m thrilled to be able to offer Pilates for Rehab to my clients and patients. Pilates-based Physical Therapy offers a unique approach to rehab, wellness, and fitness.
